Paris was a straight-A high school student and president of the debate team and honor society. She maintained a 4.0 GPA in college. In college, she spent a lot of time at the recreation center, often swimming for an hour early morning before classes, walking 3 miles on the indoor track after lunch and then doing aerobics in the afternoon for 1 hour. Her roommate taught her how to purge using a toothbrush, another student told her about laxatives and enemas. After college she was recruited to a prestigious law firm where she is trying to make partner. Her behavior intensifies with the stress. In an effort to restrict her weight to less than 120 lbs, she restricts her intake, the hungrier she gets the more determined she is not give in to it. She has not had a menstrual period in 2 years. She has been previously hospitalized for severe dehydration.
