Read “Walmart Manages Ethics and Compliance Changes” on pages 407-420 of your textbook.

Use the Case Study Template shown in Canvas. Download the template to your computer and write your case study on the template document. Save your Word document, and upload the document to Canvas.

In your case analysis, you should have the following:

· In the first section give a one paragraph overview of the case.

· In the second section “Questions for the Case” answer these questions in paragraph form:

· How do you perceive the corporate culture and the ethical culture at Walmart? Are these different? (refer to the definitions on p. 133-134 to guide you in answering this question)

· In the next section “Company’s Approach”, give a brief overview of how Walmart handles their ethical issues.

· In the final section “Evaluation”, address how well Walmart handles the ethical issues and your recommendations for Walmart. In this section address the principles and values should Walmart use for appropriate conduct? (refer to p. 143 for an overview)

Make sure you use your textbook readings in to substantiate your analysis. No direct quotes! Paraphrase in your own words and cite your source.

This paper should be between 4-5 pages including the title page and reference sheet. Remember, this is a short case study with approximately two pages of your analysis. Assume your reader understands the case and present your analysis!
