1. Discuss 2 issues of the penal measures for drug offenders in the UK.

2. Assess the sentencing guidelines for 3 drug offenses and what would you change in the sentencing guidelines of the TCI relevant drug ordinance.

3. Find 2 TCI drug related cases - include relevant TCI Ordinances

· explain the 2 pros and 2 cons of the cases

· identify the charges and the penalties to said charges.
