Case study

Otis 8 year old boy with cerebral palsy. All ADL’S affected. Non verbal has a g tube. Has seizures, hearing loss, vision deficit, no social skills. Uses hand over hand assistance. Has a wheelchair which he has to be in all the time. Hypertonia. Needs moderate assistance. Wears diapers. Cries and whines at times.
