In the 2018 California Supreme Court decision upended decades of prior established law regarding the classification of employees versus independent contractors. Your case analysis should be at least 3 pages and at most 6 pages single spaced. The Facts and Analysis portions of the case analysis are the most heavily weighted in grading and should have the most information and effort.
