- What business(s) is the organization in?
- Think of the organization in terms of a multi-location corporation.

- Examine each section of the environment – Economic, Technological, Political/legal, Sociocultural, Global, and the Physical environment.
Recommendations and Evaluation
- Think of yourself as a paid management consultant
- These are the most valid recommendations taken from your opportunities section.
- Explain the pros and cons to your recommendations.
