I have a school project for which I need to create a business plan. I do not need document but mainly Google slides that cover all the topics like Exec summary, Issue Analysis, Recommendations, Financials, SWOT, others. They will give a challenge use case of an existing company and I will have to provide recommendation on how to address their concern in certain product line/market. For example, Sony Playstation is dying. What should Sony do? Answer could be to enter cloud gaming and then, high level business case/market strategy for that. It can be ~10-15 slides.
