Read case 2-2: "Netflix, a Behind-the-scenes look..." case. You will find the case at the end of chapter 2 (pg. 69).

Once you have read the case, answer the questions that follow the case text.  Once you are finished answering all of the questions, submit your answers to me in a Microsoft Word file (.doc or .docx).
