Use the “Glass Art, Inc.” case to answer the following questions:
1. Using the “Stressors, Stress, and Outcomes model” presented on slide 4 of the Stress Powerpoint slides (Week 5), what stressors are present in Eric’s life, what is his stress level, and what outcomes are associated with his stress?
2. What should Eric do now to get the team on task? Include which conflict resolution strategy he should use and why.

B. Use one of the situational leadership theories (Fiedler’s Contingency Theory, Path-
Goal Theory, or Hersey-Blanchard Situational Theory) to determine whether the
leadership style that the leader uses is appropriate given the situation, and if not,
which style should be used. Explain. (Be sure to incorporate the theory’s
