FLUOR CORPORATION
Student’s name
Institution affiliation
As discussed earlier in the previous paper, the company that was chosen was Fluor Corporation which is a company that provides both technical and professional solutions in specifically in the construction and engineering projects all around the country (Cooper & Lee, 2019). Therefore the problem that the project manager in this case Neil Cameron was facing in the company activities that the organization was carrying out in the United States is customer service. Most of the customers of the company and clients have had issues on the way Neil Cameron handles them in terms of the response that is gotten and provided after a client has reached out to the company either seeking for the company’s services or just communicating with project manager as the project is going on.
In this case therefore the issue being on customer services that the company is providing especially in case Neil Cameron department that is project management, the specific thing that this paper will focus on is looking at the measures that the company has place when it comes to dealing with its clients. The customer service staffs therefore are very important and central when it comes to dealing and talking about this issue. The need to therefore increase the number of customer care staffs that will help in ensuring that every client that reaches out to the company for either clarification or seeking the company’s services are talked to and their concerns met fully without them having to wait for long hours before being talked to.
With the construction industry in the United States thriving in the recent times, the need for the company to be vigilant in ensuring that clients are talked to and their needs and questions answered to is a very big priority. This will specifically help in ensuring that the company will be competitive and therefore ensuring that they do not loose any of their customers in the process.
