You don't have to know everything about these services, just that they exist and what they offer to businesses. Be sure to mention them in your Case 2 assignment.

Define KPI's and SLA's before you discuss them. What are you comparing in terms of the vendors?

Make sure you create a table to compare the two vendors' services so that you are comparing the same things.
