BACKGROUND

Greg Beeche Logistics (GBL) rents Work Access Systems and provides services for a wide range of construction and maintenance projects. Beyond solving unique access problems, high-performance ADT (Aluminum Double Track) Work Access Systems are fundamentally shaping the way the construction industry works. Wherever workmen require access to otherwise out-of-reach work locations, GBL commits to designing viable Work Access solutions and providing the custom equipment required to accomplish the project. GBL is known to a wide variety of construction-related industries for its consistent ability to ingeniously solve Work Access challenges in a manner that is both safe and efficient. The patented ADT system allows GBL to quickly and efficiently set up a Work Access system for its clients saving them time and money, setting them ahead of their competition.

Whatever the specific Work Access solution, whether it consists of a continuous monorail system designed to smoothly convey glass panels around the perimeter of a new skyscraper’s roof, or of a large scale Workstation designed to put into reach the entire underside of an historic long-span bridge in need of repairs, Greg Beeche Logistics takes Pride in offering the most streamlined and cost effective solutions to its clientele. Greg Beeche has been recognized as an industry leader in development of Work Access design concepts and technologies for over 30 years. Greg has worked all over the world, with past projects in major world cities such as London, Dubai, and Brussels. In 2001, Greg Beeche Logistics was launched, with the introduction of the ADT Work Access System. The invention of this adaptable modular system has completely transformed the logistics of Work Access.

PRODUCTS & SERVICES

Greg Beeche Logistics, LLC (GBL) maintains a suite of patents which serve as the foundation for their products. It is this foundation or building block that allows them to adapt specialized equipment to fit the needs of each client“on the fly”, thus minimizing startup and turnaround time as new phases of work are introduced. GBL’s innovative and custom-engineered Work Access Systems allow their clients to reconfigure and adapt to any new condition that arises. This enables GBL to create a more cost effective environment for their client whileproviding the mostefficient, the most powerful, and the safestWork Access solutions possible.

ADT-Based Products

ADT (Aluminum Double Track) is the key to creating simple, strong, adaptable structural assemblies, empowering GBL’s clients to accomplish their work safely and efficiently. From simple davits and outriggers to dynamic whole building systems for coordinating and moving men and materials, GBL is committed to providing Work Access solutions which surpass their clients' needs. Powered Work Platforms, re-locatable Workstations, mobile structuralframes, continuous monorail or roof track Systems... with the ADT shape there is no limit to where the customer can reach.

Beeche Mobile Boom Hoist

The freely traversing, fully rotating material handling capabilities of the Beeche Mobile Boom Hoist makes it a perfect companion to GBL's ADT-based equipment. The flexible nature of the Boom Hoist design allows GBL to provide a variety of different types to suit each project’s specific needs. While simple in its design, the Boom Hoist is sophisticated in its state-of-the-art engineering and method of operating control. The Boom Hoist may be used on existing tracks or GBL-engineered tracks, as well as on concrete floors, roofs, or other surfaces. Shipped substantially assembled, the Boom Hoist is easily taken apart for construction hoist transport and reassembled at its final work destination.

Research and Development

GBL is at the cutting edge of design and innovation with the products it has developed over the past ten years. Greg Beeche Logistics has recently developed a thirty-axis computer control utilizing variable frequency drives and software in collaboration with the German company, Siemens. The computer control system fully synchronizes the movement of 10 traction hoists along with 20 wire rope winder motors. This type of controls technology exists nowhere else in the suspended access or hoisting industry around the globe. This development revolutionizes both the safety and efficiency of vertical movement of suspended platforms and hoisting of materials. GBL is currently taking this technology further with the development of a proprietary robotic machine for panel lifting, handling and installation - a development inspired by the need to increase worker safety. The benefits of the panel installer go beyond safety and productivity increases. This panel installation machine will drastically change how glass panels are erected. Greg Beeche Logistics utilizes its research and development to further its competitive edge in the marketplace as the leader in innovative, safe and productive access and material handling systems. In fact, GBL’s engineered methods in which they design custom assemblies on each and every project application, allows for a constant improvement of its technology from project to project. Most other companies that would be considered “competitors” are limited to off-the-shelf, conventional catalog-based components.

COMPETITION GBL’sstate of the art, cutting edge technology combined with decades of industry experience make Greg Beeche Logistics the unparalleled leader in Work Access. GBL continuously pushes the limits of what is possible in the access and hoisting industry. As such, GBL has no true competitor in the market. With their patent-pending ADT Work Access System that serves as the material foundation for their work, they have the ability to design and manufacture infinite custom assemblies on demand and within limited timeframes. The use of the ADT composite beam enables them to build 95% of what is needed on almost all building applications. Their ability to combine safe worker access with efficient material handling marks a quantum leap in productivity over any conventional method currently employed. While there are other players in the Work Access industry, there are none able to match the unique characteristics of GBL’s offering. Competing methods for lifting workmen and materials to an elevated work position mostly utilize the same methods that have been available for the last 50 years. Thus, GBL enjoys a significant competitive edge in the projects where they bid.

FACILITIES GBL is headquartered in Waterford, NY, where it maintains two buildings totaling approximately 25,000 square feet. The facility is currently used for manufacturing, warehouse storage and office space. GBL’s headquarters is located on a five acre site with space for future expansion. The larger of the two buildings can be readily expanded to double its current size. The buildingsare owned by Greg Beeche and are available for sale or lease. In addition, GBL also leases approximately 1,500 square feet of office space near Grand Central Station in New York City.

PLANS FOR GROWTH

The company can take these specialized Work Access Systems and highly skilled management team and expand outward both domestically as well as internationally. They will target acquisitions of suspended access companies that have a footprint in their local markets. GBL can design, manufacture and ship all products from their facility in Waterford while operating a small salesand service office at each new location – a true hub and spoke operation. This will allow the company to maximize profits and minimize overhead. Priority targeted locations include:
