After writing out the prewriting activities I can see a clear theme between my questions which is,

how can I continue to be frugal, while reducing my budget, and having a positive effect on my

families health? Many families that are busy like mine, budget conscious, and trying to make

healthy options a priority are struggling with how to make these changes. It can be difficult for a

family to switch to all organic food, or unprocessed foods, because of ease of access or some

would argue cost. I believe that by having a personal garden you can reduce cost (and waste),

generate a small income with additional food, and create better eating habits as a family that will

lead to better overall health.
