Long Term Goals

Due to my desire of taking a senior leadership role and my passion of technology, I have a long term goal of owning a hi-tech company and being the chief executive officer. I have good leadership skills that I believe enable e to be very influential around people and to always appear as a leader in every place that I go. With these skills, I would be able to manage a big company with many employees working as their example and directing them on what they should do. My desire for technology has made me gain an interest in deeper studying of information technology and other technological courses that will be very fundamental in the development of a hi-tech company

Short Term Goals

I would like to acquire a job in the information technology department as a consultant. With my proficient skills in IT, I would fit in the information technology department of any firm as a data analyst. I also plan on enrolling in a master’s degree in IT during part time.

Experience to Date

I have an undergraduate degree in information technology and I have worked in three technological companies as a consultant in the IT department. I have also worked as a data analyst in a community organization as a volunteer in the development of the youth foundation in our locality.

Experience Needed

I plan on attending a diploma in the business management courses to gain efficient leadership skills as I look forward to being promoted to senior positions. I believe that I need to add more education so that I can be in a better position to get the promotion and to work more efficiently. I therefore think that I should enroll in a master’s degree program to gain more proficiency in my job criterion. I need more experience in this career so that I can be more efficient.

Activities to perform to obtain needed Experience

I will be required to go back to school and advance in my education level as I look forward to attain the job position that I desire. I also need to have more experience in this docket so I will have to volunteer in the hi-tech companies that use the kind of technology that I desire to major in and to work in other companies as I utilize the knowledge I will have gained through the benchmarking period.

Course to take

I will have to take courses in entrepreneurship, data analysis and information technology in my final quarters. The knowledge of entrepreneurship will prepare me for my future goals of becoming a business owner while the data analysis courses will enable me to be a proficient data analyst.
