The initial interiview is short and light on information. viewing the sample career assessment report initial interview and using that as a model.
Hassan needs and desire is to create a good environment, having a progressive career, and creating a good future. The general disposition of the client is The ultimate career defines life. Access to basic life supports. Accumulating and creating more wealth. There are benefits from work, mastering more experience in his field, saving great amount of money to cover life expenses, house, children, etc. He has a medical insurance. It covers both inpatient and outpatient. he also have a life insurance cover. He holds bachelor’s degree in organizational leadership pursuing master’s degree in organizations development at wright state university. He worked in Saudi Arabia as a store manager for 3 years in Automotive industry. Hassan has no military history. He is expecting his first child to be born this year. Hassan and his wife live in a three-bedroom apartment. Access to basic needs. Access to amenities is good. He has No significant challenges to access of transportation. Next step for Hassan is to apply for master’s degree at Wright State University and to find a good job while being in US.
