Summary
The needs analysis tool aimed to assess how the needs of workers and employees has enabled the organization to determine the employees’ ability to deliver its goals and objectives. Every organization seek to recruit employees based on organizational goals and examining the potential ones is one key step towards that direction. Therefore, the training system endeavors to promote leadership skills among the employees in the context of providing child-care fairly among all children both in and out of the organization. Despite complexity in handling underprivileged children, the employees and volunteers should work towards enabling an environment for themselves and the organization to provide services required by those children. For example, showing empathy is one key skill that all workers and employees should have. Lack of this gift implies that the workers would not be interested to solve children’s needs and they would probably overlook several concerns that would need their attention. Also, the training system for teachers is a key aspect that determines the quality of services in child-care context. Therefore, needs assessment will ensure that all employees and volunteers in an organization can undertake an indisputable review of that system and recommend ways in which those systems can be improved.
