CAPSTONE PROJECT INSTRUCTIONS

Step One: Download and Save the “Capstone Project

PowerPoint™ Template.”

Step Two: Complete all of the slides. You must adhere to the

following criteria for all of the slides:

• Title Slide – Must include your name and a picture of yourself

• Content Slides –

▪ Each slide must contain a graphic or photo

▪ Each slide can contain no more than 20 words

▪ You may devote up to THREE slides to each topic (no

more than 3).

• End Slide – References in APA citation format

Step Three: Customize your “My Plans for a Happy, Healthy

Life!” PowerPoint™.

Step Four: Submit it to Canvas™ by the specified deadline. I will

not accept the Capstone Project late nor via e-mail.
