By the Final Capstone course (MBA 5430), you will begin collecting survey data for the Final Capstone
Project. This week you will submit several pieces of your capstone project for review. Your professor will
give you feedback and recommendations. Here is what you should submit this week:
Definition of Terms
In this section you will define terms used in your research that are not obvious to the reader or could have
multiple meanings. Every research project has at least a couple of terms that must be defined. Refer to the
dissertation examples in Canvas. Definitions should occur come after the Significance of Study section in
your final paper. Add scholarly citations and references to support the definitions.
Hypotheses
In this section you will list your hypotheses. This can be in simple form. This section will come right after
your Research Question section in your final document. An example of how to list your hypotheses is
shown in the dissertation documents. This is a brief section.
Methodology –Submit as much as you can about the Methodology (Quantitative) for the Research and
Capstone courses.
Much of this section will be discussed in the final Capstone course, MBA 5430. If you have already made
it to this point with your research; share as much as you can; and the Professor will provide feedback for
your understanding and how to move forth with your final project. Review the dissertation for examples
in Canvas; and refer to the Table of Contents in the dissertations to locate the Methodology section.

This section should include the following subsections:
• Research Design – Discuss your survey and how you developed your survey. Explain your
variables. How do you plan to analyze your variables? Explain what data you will graph. This
project must include a correlation analysis. Which survey questions are you examining to check
for correlation? What do you need to do to answer your research questions? This component may
be 3-4 pages.
• Population – Very brief – 1-2 sentences
• Sampling Frame – Very brief – 1-2 sentences
• Sample – Very brief – 1-2 sentences
• Data Collection – Explain if your survey will be web based and on the Qualtrics Survey. How do
you plan to get participants? This component may be several sentences.
• Follow the APA 6th edition formatting and submit to CANVAS.
