Communities impacted by violence face high rates of gun-related homicides, gang-related activity and retaliatory violence. Many individuals at risk of being victimized or perpetrating violence have limited access to supportive services and economic opportunities
Violence Interruption & Street Outreach
Deploy trained VIs to mediate conflict before they escalate
Case Management & Support Services
Implement trauma-informed care and case management
Through sustained community engagement, targeted intervention and economic empowerment, our efforts will lead to a measurable and lasting reduction in community violence, creating safer neighborhoods and opportunities to thrive.

A logic model is a visual representation that outlines the relationship among the inputs, activities and outputs of a program or intervention. It’s a framework for understanding how a program works and its expected e results. Utilizing your problem statement, define the intervention or solution you plan to implement.
Inputs: List the funding, staffing, and community resources available for the project
Activities: This includes processes, events, and actions used to bring out the intended outcome (e.g academic services, workshops, counseling, jobs training)
Outputs: Products of the programs activities (number of individuals attending workshops, counseling or jobs trainings)
Outcomes: Expected changes in the community and population served both short-term and long-term.
