OVERVIEW OF WORKSHOPS AND CLASSES

A NEW BEGINNING CRISIS WORKSHOP (ANB)

· Average 10 to 13 per year.

· 2023 Calendar has 8 LIVE (4 TX and 4 TN) and 5 ONLINE

· 3 days Friday 8-6pm, Saturday 8-6pm, Sunday 12 to 6pm. (Always Central Time)

· 6 to 12 couples per workshop. Class capacity is 24 couples for LIVE and 10 for ONLINE.

LIVE ANB WORKSHOPS IN NASHVILLE, TN AND HOUSTON, TX.

· $1,995 per couple. Does not include food, lodging or transportation

· Discounts (Only can claim 2 of 3 below for a total of $400 off)

· $200 discount for Payment in Full

· $200 discount for Veteran or First Responder status

· $200 discount for pastoral or counselor referral.

ONLINE WORKSHOPS

· $1,295 per couple. Does not include food, lodging or transportation

· Discounts (Only can claim 2 of 3 below for a total of $200 off)

· $100 discount for Payment in Full

When finances are an issue, we offer scholarships up to $395 for Live and $295 for Online

Deferred payment agreements for the balance up to 6 months.

Expenses include payment to Workshop Leaders, cost of materials and shipping.

DYNAMIC MARRIAGE AND UNITED 9 WEEK MARRIAGE ENRICHMENT CLASSES

· Live and Online

· Led by volunteer couples who complete Facilitator Training, and are marriage champions for their church.

· One day weekly for approximately 2 hours over 9 consecutive weeks

· $130 per couple for Dynamic Marriage materials

· $99 per couple for United materials

FACILITATOR TRAINING SEMINARS (FTS)

· 3 days: Friday 12:30pm-6:00pm, Saturday 8:30am-6:00pm, and Sunday 1:00pm-5:30pm (Always Central Time)

· 6 to 12 couples per seminar.

· $395 per couple. $350 for 2 or more couples that register together, usually within the same church.

· $100 to retake class if previously certified.

· Facilitators recertify annually by answering a 10 question survey emailed to them on the anniversary month of their original certification. If not completed, the facilitator is marked inactive.

· Expenses include payment to Workshop Leaders, cost of materials and shipping.

· Currently 3 couples lead Facilitator Training Seminars.

· We are working on selecting our top and most active DM and United Class Leaders to offer the opportunity to become future leaders for our Facilitator Training Seminars. We are calling this our Master Facilitator Training (MFT).

· Facilitator Data from SalesForce: Between April 2013 and April 2023, Currently 753 active, 41 inactive, 1180 prospective (This data may or may not have been updated.)

MARKETING

Mailchimp – 31,410 Contacts, 19-310 Subscribers. Audience not segmented. Only capture emails from contact forms on website. Most consistent using this platform and using social cards to post on FB, Instagram and Twitter with each email sent. Usually send one or two a month.

Boast – Just subscribed in March to use for video testimonials from your laptop camera. Want to use on website and social media. No response to date after a couple email blasts.

· Certifying more couples to train facilitators (currently we have 3 couples) Developing a training program for Facilitator Trainers called “Master Facilitator Training”. We have identified about 10 ideal couples. Been working on it for about 8 months. Haven’t completed due to time constraints.

· Certifying more couples to lead crisis workshops (currently we have 3 couples. One of those is contemplating retiring this year or next. ANB Leaders require one spouse of the couple is a licensed therapist, family counselor for at least 10 years.)
