OVERALL COMMENTS Hi Jessica,

Thank you for your submission. In this assessment, you were asked to look at data to identify a health care issue or

concern and to develop a QII proposal based on that data. After reviewing the data from the Vila Health scenario,

you were able to identify a concern related to hospice patient care. As you look at my feedback below, note that one

criterion missing some components is what led to the next couple of criteria being affected. You have a wonderful

niche for looking at theoretical foundations related to change. We just need a few more specific details related to the

specific recommendations added to this assessment to close the gap in the QII proposal process. See my specific

feedback below and let me know if you have any questions.

Comments:

You do a great job of analyzing the data of Vila Health to determine the health care concern related to the

quality of care in the hospice setting. To make this area distinguished, support this area of concern with

outside, scholarly sources to reinforce the importance of pain control and comfort measures in the hospice

setting. This supports the quality of the data.
