I am stil not seeing clarity and specifics. While added terminology of IT you are not showing you researched

specific current health IT needs. You need to look into health IT organizations such as AHIMA or HIMSS. Each

section of the matrix is too general. You need to be very specific about each function for each department. Are

you following and reading the Vila Health scenario?

You need to take some time to review the current trends in health IT

Look at resources such as healhIT.gov, the ONC, AHIMA, HIMSS along with peer reviwed journals.
