Campaign Data Case Study
The data pertains to a Direct Marketing campaign of a European Banking institution. The marketing campaigns were conducted through phone calls. Often, more than one contact to the same client was required, in order to access if the product subscribed (bank term deposit) would be ('yes') or ('no'). The Banking Institution wants to understand what are the parameters which may influence booking a term deposit. They want to know if a person will book term deposit or not.
