Calle Ocho Books & Press launch: February 1, 2022.

Background:

· Miami-themed online bookstore

· Created for readers who enjoy fiction and literature about Cuba and South Florida.

· Founded by Michelle Donovan and Melissa Montero.

· Both are FIU graduates and Miami natives.

· Michelle’s grandparents came from Cuba and she still has relatives there.

· Streams the Latin sounds of WMIA-Miami, a public radio station that broadcasts in Spanish.
