Problem Statement:

The café in a university campus is not utilizing the advancements in technology that will allow them to serve more customers/students faster and more efficiently.

Reasons for advancement:

· Long lines

· Slow lines

· Customer relations/satisfaction

· Increased exposure

· Easy to pay

· It will allow to provide better quality

For advancement we created an app which includes 3 tiers.

Similar to Dunkin Donuts app. These tiers had different increases for the customer rate

3 tiers.

Tier 1 : Simple payment through the app and ability to use bonus points while payment (10%increase) (cost: $5000)

Tier 2:

Tier 1 plus on-the-go ordering (15%increase) (cost: $8000)

Tier 3:

Tier 2 plus rewards program, free coffee and pastry, monthly coupons, everything with discount on special days. (25% increase) (cost:15000)

Other recommendations

Increase product offerings

Deliver to dorms

Control food throw away
