· Was creative with her answers within the task- gave believable lies that participants thought were true.

· Where able to pick out some of the participants lies, didn`t always have a unique answer when it came to other participants turns.

· Understands and supports the decision of the team or supervisor even when it not their preferred. 

· Takes a proactive approach in supporting the team and identifying the needs of the team
