Breakdown of Products and Services
With the resurgence of natural health products in the 1990s, the company decides to introduce new interests in homeopathic and natural products especially in the United States of America. This was because the sales in the United States of America were more static as the business accounts of the company reported. Max wanted to get a sleeker and more modern resulted in the ultimate change of company’s logo and name. It was therefore no longer Barney’s mom and pop operation, but it was declared an international business.
Therefore, it meant that the company also had to expand its market shares globally. Barney’s believed that the new logo would take prominence on the packaging.
