Business sector and the brand name

We will start our business in Kuwait by retailing a store. The business sector would be a retailer store for the department stores. As the department stores are always vast as they must keep many things in them. The name of my retail store would be “Aypah”. I thought that name because its expanded form is All your products are here.

Retailer type

It will be a type of Wholesaler store where all the products of daily use will be there.

Vision and mission statement

The mission of the store will be providing all the household things at one store. And the vision of product will be to not let people visiting multiple shops to buy their products.

Current services and products

The current services of retailer store are providing merchandise to people. In near future, there will be increase in services.

Competitors in the market

Competitors in the market will be Harvey Nichols, Xcite Al Ghanim, Speciality & Gift Shops. Also, the Sultan Center and shopping malls like the avenues.

The retail channels we will use

We will use the affiliate sales, outsourced sales for selling my products because I will purchase products from companies, bring them to my retailer store and then will sell to the department stores.

The retailer type that out business belong to

Our business belongs to Wholesaler retailers. We will sell all the products to the department stores at wholesale so that they will earn profit and continue buying products from me.

The approach and its advantages

We will choose multi-channel approach for retailing. For us, there are several advantages of using multi-channel strategy. Few of them are explained here:

• Multi-channel strategy always increases the engagement of consumers and increases the conversion rates as well.

• Multi-channel uses multiple approaches to reach the consumers, so it becomes easier to connect to consumers through their favorite platforms.

• There is no limitation of time. One can connect consumers at any time via mobile, email etc. Time and place remain no hindrance.
