Executive Summary

My business idea is based on the beauty industry and its market. The main business will be reselling brand-name cosmetics at a lower price. This business is intended to be very successful in the market due to the increase in demand for beauty products among residents in the town. More so, most of the residents who live in town are women who work in most of the town's offices. Furthermore, students who study in colleges and universities within town require cosmetics to maintain their cleanliness in schools. This paper aims at discussing the business idea as a step towards starting a small business that will later grow to a big business in town.

Company Description

· Sale of cosmetic products. these cosmetics are uniquely different as they are made to suit working class women and students.

· Working class ladies need to look presentable before clients, employees and bosses. The cosmetics is made to improve confidence and make them look good and feel confident.

Market Analysis

· Quality of cosmetics designed do not meet the needs of students and working-class women. There is a huge demand for these products as there are may students in the United States. The proportion of working-class women is also high.

· The demand for quality cosmetics calls for a production of quality cosmetics. This is a call for entrepreneurs to increase their quality products.

Competitive Analysis

· Majority of cosmetics in the industry are not quality oriented.

· The corporation will apply a differentiation strategy where its main market is the students and working-class women.

Description of Management and Organization

· The organization will have a robust management system

· There will be top executives, directors, supervisors and employees.

· Each product will have different operations team to ensure effective operations.

· The organization will use the online platform such as ads and commercials in the internet, as most persons are conversant with technologies and will have a huge impact.
