Project: Business Plan Part II

Written a business plan, should be no more than 5-7 pages in length, excluding appendices. MINIMUM of two outside sources and the text are required.

The plan should follow carefully the outlines provided in the sample. The business plan should include the following:

1. Table of Contents

2. Executive Summary

3. Sales Forecast (table format)

4. Organizational Structure

5. Competitive Edge

6. Marketing Strategy

7. Break-even Analysis

8. Projected Profit and Loss (table format)

9. Projected Cash Flow (Cash Flow Forecast table format)

10. Projected Balance Sheet (table format)

The business plan should be carefully written, clear and logical in its presentation.
