The company’s management capabilities include established skills where the company will train its staff. The staff has competent inventory management skills, well organized chefs who prepare meals scaled to enhance customer experience and solve any complaint from customers effectively.

c. Provide a brief description of your company including history (if not a start-up business), industry and target market.

The company is a startup aimed at helping individuals who have busy schedules in their offices and do not have adequate time to go for lunch. Fast Delicacies will have a mobile application where the customers will order their meals and then the company will have a delivery system from their hotel sites. Besides, it will serve the passersby who enjoy using the public recreation facilities. The main customers are young individuals who would buy take away.

d. Describe your products and services and the marketing mix to be used to reach your customers.

The products to be supplied are basically food products. These products will be advertised through TV channels as well as use famous individuals to promote the food brand. The dishes are affordable to customers and targets the younger individuals who do not have families and they do not have time to cook. The company will also target students within the city and offer them discounts.

e. Explain how (and why if you are confident) your company will succeed in the future.

The company is based on promoting decision making and problem solving based on experience and knowledge. Thus, the company has great potential to succeed based on its proposed structure, which will ensure everyone is empowered to raise any concerns that may have negative impact on the company.

f. Summarize your financial request (if you are applying for a loan).

I am planning to request for a loan of $200,000 that will be utilized for all startup costs, because I already have a hall that can be converted to a restaurant for cooking purposes and for customers who would wish to enjoy their meals in or space. These funds will also be used for hiring staff to work within the facility.

g. Describe your funding requirements including how the money will be spent and your repayment proposal if you are applying for a loan.

Funding requirements basically comes from investors, but I will also apply for a grant. This will be used for making renovations and buying new equipment. Payments will be made on a monthly basis after the first year of business implementation.

h. Give a measurable profit projection.

The company is aimed at making a profit of $20,000 every month, which will increase to $30,000 monthly for the second year. This profit will be used for paying dividends to the shareholders.
