The Good Family Health Clinic will provide various medical services to the community in Tampa, Florida. In the current location, the service we are going to provide does not have any other private sector player. There are some government agencies which have the same services but they are crippled by long delays and the lack of personal attention. The Good Family Health Clinic plans to use various strategies to make a difference in the market. The business aims at bringing in concern for the entire community. It will benchmark the best customer service when it comes to the healthcare industry.
The company will be created as a limited liability company operated and owned by its investors. The company will boost the reputation within the profession of family healthcare. The company will advertise through social media, the print media, and creation of a website. The pricing will be established according to federal regulation and insurance considerations. The business will be established on debt for five years and it will provide enough cash from the onset.
Products and Services
The clinic will provide overall care for people of all ages. There are several procedures which will be provided such as biopsies, mole removals, as well as trigger point injections. The products will be given to all of the customers with the goal of optimizing their health and the performance. There will also be community education through various programs. It is important to note that the goal is to ensure that there is proper balance when it comes to education, nutrition, and exercise (Bloom et al., 2020).
The patients will also get education on issues such as hypertension care, nutrition, as well as diabetes. The customer will get the full package when they come to the business. The health will be optimized going into the long run through working with families. There will be services such as cardiology, diabetic teaching, possible stress teacher, obesity and exercise counseling. There will also be pediatrics, minor surgery, as well as dermatology.

There will be a policy and procedures manual which will guide on issues such as sick pay, payment, hourly wage, as well as vacation.
SWOT Analysis
The strength is that there is a variety of services that are currently unavailable in the area. There are also plans to work using the expertise present in the founding team. There are some core connections which make the business strong.
The weakness is that there is little experience in running the business side of things in healthcare. There is a likelihood that others will copy in the long run.
There is a chance to provide personalized care through follow up of the patients through their daily life. It is important to also look at using social media to promote the business (Bloom et al., 2020). There is also the likelihood of partnering with neighboring health clinics.
There is the threat of strong competition from the government and other private clinics which can come in. there are also some new entrants that can come in and take away some of the market share.
Target Market
The target market is the entire family in the area of Tampa. There are services for everyone in the family at the healthcare facility. It is important to note that there are several people who need these services in the area who lack an efficient healthcare provider.
