Top Computer Accessories dealers is a company that has decided to merge with Dell Computer

Inc. that is operating internationally. Top Computer Accessories is a small business in my

country working inside the borders of the country. It deals with selling personal computers,

hardware devices, and other electronic accessories. Currently, it is not enhancing electronic

commerce because of its size and management skills acquired.

Dell Inc. is an American privately owned International Computer Expertise Corporation based in

Texas, in the United States, that cultivates, sells, repairs, and enhances maintenance of computers

and related products and facilities. It was named after its originator, Michael Dell, and it is one of

the major technological corporations in the sphere, employing more a large number of

individuals in the world. It sells personal computers (PCs), servers, and data storing devices,

system switches, software, computer hardware, television sets, cameras, imprinters, and

electronics manufactured by other companies. According to (Karunamoorthy 2016, p 34)The

company is well known for its inventions in supply chain running and electronic business,

predominantly its direct-sales prototypical and its "build-to-order" or "organize to order"

approach to developing and delivering distinct PCs shaped to customer stipulations.

Steps to take to unify company culture

 Choose a subject that resonates with your complete staff. If you want to rejoice business

accomplishments, hold an activity day, where occurrence needs to replicate the employer

brand your squad members trust and recognize (Kacker et al. 2015).

 Build a worldwide team to generate a unified knowledge. Out of those two companies,

the manager should come up as a team to help them operate in the right direction.

 Make expertise your best acquaintance which means making technology aspects very

vital in operation.

 Spread the conversation and create some call where there is communication enhancement

between the companies.

 Amend your personnel guidelines. This means adjusting from the policies of your

business to those that will enable proper functioning in overseas.

 Come up with a maintainable reinforcement strategy that will help in running the

business in case it goes down at a time (Karunamoorthy 2016, p 34).

 Use the precise metrics, and get free of the incorrect ones.

 Pledge yourself to employee-directed job design that will enable working towards goal

oriented path.

The reason for choosing each step here is that it will bring more advantage incorporation among

the two companies. These advantageous are explained well below;

workers in the two companies relate well and have a common goal to work toward achievements.

The staffs will have a good working relationship that goes in hand with high production.

improve the application of measures that will work in operation in both companies

company.

the company to cope effectively with the operation tactics of the overseas company.

impact in case the company goes down at a particular stage.
