How would you describe the schools of ethical thought? Need to be complete by Wednesday
Sample:Of my classmate
The role of ethics is that no school really answers all the problems which is raised by the social living. These schools need to be considered for reaching of the best ethical decisions. The first kind of ethics is the virtue ethics, because it helps in understanding of human character. The secondary ethical systems are ethics which provides good guidance, which is called ethical systems for the teaching of human nature. It may be said that social morality is a secondary ethical system which is concerned with a few kinds of the different kind of moral situations. The moral code is not to be considered the absolute moral code as is suggested in other schools. It is to be considered within a broad range of the moral situations and should be studied in order to get the best of these. The ethical code should be considered as the method to obtain the best moral decisions. In some cases it has been argued that in some kind of moral situation it does not really provide the best possible way to get the best moral decision. That is, some morality is too complex to really guide moral decisions. These schools have been trying to come up with a very simple, yet still comprehensive code of moral rules. (Ghoshal, 2005)
It should not be thought that they are able to have more detailed code than one that is simple and straightforward in that the system is not so comprehensive that it is not very effective. This is the same as saying that for some kind of morality it does not help in solving some basic problem of human nature. But here I want to speak in particular about the ethical codes of social morality. Social morality is not necessarily the system of morality of the best, but it may be a general description of all the various kinds of morality. It is a systematic description. If we are talking about social morality it is necessary to begin from various kinds of morality and then expand this description to the whole moral system. This will not be done easily by a mere analysis of social morality because there are always so many aspects of social morality. We cannot give the general moral description which will satisfy all the people. It can and must remain a part of the system. ( Rynes, 2003)

Discuss why Goldman Sachs was a disciple of Albert Carr's theory of "business is a poker game and we are all bluffing."
Sample : As indicated by Albert, a private matter is something that is regularly identified with morals. This comes up short on a spot in enterprise and business. By and large, business can be supposed to be a game which is mean. The members' most extraordinary objective is to win. In any case, there are no morals needed in doing this. Cheating is consistently the situation; they show their shrewdness close by covering up their capacity as well as the methods they use so as to win. Furthermore, Albert legitimizes that a business or rather an undertaking is simply yet a poker game. There is nobody who truly knows and comprehends what is running in the brain science of the other. Carr's demeanor has been scrutinized and shown by May. May attempts to show that the organization in which Carr has a place has no ethics. They show that Carr seeing the guidelines of business just as a lot of rules set by the overseeing areas.
It is a lot of apparent that a few players abuse moral norms to pick up success specifically showcases. Fine is the thing that Goldman Sachs is notable for. After some budgetary emergency, this is the point at which these fines are gotten. They are prestigious as a result of their incredibly huge lawful carelessness. They have jumbled activities that are not felonious but rather ethically corrupted. Various cases do not have an entry method of data by means of the email implies (Chell et al, 2016).the financial specialists were abused through concealing delicate data demonstrating how bonds were outlined which caused the clients to bomb taking the offer.
