Business Referrals

The business world has become both competitive and ruthless especially to upcoming businesses. In that case, businesses have been forced to come up with new ways to remain afloat in a society that is constantly working towards kicking them out of operation (KhudaBukhsh & Carbonel, 2019, August). Business referrals have become a common strategy for businesses to grow. However, referrals become tricky as most of them are not easy to adopt and can lead to tumultuous phases that can phase out a business. In essence, referrals are only as effective as the ability of customers and clients to exercise their experiences and decide whether or not to do business with a given business entity that has gone through the referral process.

Ideally, referrals are a weapon that can take two routes. First, a business has to weigh its options by determining its strategies based on its past experiences (Dhar, 2018). A past business idea that led to a downward path for the business should be avoided as customers and clients might decide to ignore the business and walk away leaving the business languishing in its downfall (KhudaBukhsh & Carbonel, 2019, Essay Help Service). As such, a business that seeks to utilize referrals and succeed must look at how to perfect its operational pitch and work on maintaining positive business relationships. Satisfied customers and clients are drawn to and provide positive feedback to a business whose services are of quality. The best way to strategize and weaponize business referrals is to boost reasons for its existence and carefully work towards averting dangerous connections. Ideally, business connections are meant to motivate the involved parties and it is only natural that growth is essential in the current business operational models. A big referral means that an easy road down the success path is knowing who to do business with and making sure that they are equally motivated and do equally or accept a business deal (Dhar, 2018). As such, decreasing business referrals is reliant on how the business is doing and the path that it intends to go.

Is the increase in surveillance cameras in public places a positive or negative thing?

Generally, most people will support the use of public surveillance cameras with the belief that it helps to ensure their safety. I believe that the increase in surveillance cameras in the public is a negative thing and thus should be stopped. One of the major reasons that make it a negative thing is that undermines individuals’ privacy which is unethical. According to Appenzeller, Appelbaum, &Trachsel, (2020), the use of surveillance has several ethical considerations with the conflict lying between balancing the individuals’ privacy and autonomy versus the intended security and safety. Generally, the use of surveillance cameras weakens the right to privacy since people have all of their moves being watched at all times. Every person is entitled to the right of autonomy in which one should enjoy a private while making his or her life decisions freely. With the increase of surveillance cameras in public areas, the right to autonomy and privacy is greatly being undermined.

Additionally, the use of surveillance cameras deprives individuals of their right to anonymity. People’s rights to anonymity cannot be maintained with the increase in the use of surveillance cameras in the public. For instance, an individual who wants to drop a letter in the suggestion box of a given public facility is not likely to enjoy the right to remain unknown since with CCTV cameras increasing, someone can link him to the suggestion he made which is against the intentions of making it anonymous. Additionally, there are some shameful acts that people might engage in unintentionally which they would not want to share but then the CCTV cameras capture them and are likely to leak to the public research paper help. Therefore, CCTV cameras in public are not ethical as they undermine individuals’ rights to privacy, autonomy, and anonymity. Installing surveillance cameras in the public has several ethical considerations and thus should not be increased.

The French Renaissance

The French Renaissance was art and cultural movement that swept across Europe between the 15th and 17th Centuries (Gebauer, 2020). During the time, key French and European artists were forming new ways of rediscovering art which rivaled the gothic way of doing art. Italy is said to be the country where the French renaissance took roots a century after its initial signs in France. In 1495, King Charles VII started the Architectural Renaissance at the Valley Chateau at Ambrose when he decided to adopt the Italian manner of doing buildings for Domenico da Cortana who was an Italian architect (Aksamija, et al., 2019). The 1515-1547 ruling era of French King Francois 1 saw the full appreciation of Renaissance art and architect (Aksamija, et al., 2019). Leonardo da Vinci became part of the renaissance when he was invited to France by King Francois through the art he brought to the country. Leonardo’s work in France changed how many artists viewed art with the notable Louvre caping Leonardo’s contributions in the renaissance.

The renaissance form of art quickly swept through the rest of Europe with kings such as Francois encouraging artists such as Benvenuto Cellini to adopt the Italian way of art that was changing the way art was done. Castles such as Villandry, Azay le Rideau, and the Chenonceaux became common with their building sweeping through most of the French notable regions such as Besancon, Angers, and Orleans. By the time the continent ushered in the 16th century, art was taught extensively in schools with the style being passed down by notable artists to the new generation of artists. The French School of Art became the newest children of the French Renaissance as Kings such as Francois style honored Italian artists who were slowly phased out by French renaissance artists (Aksamija, et al., 2019). The 17th century saw the most contribution of the French renaissance with posterity realized even in the furthest reaches of France.
