It has been for a long time I have had an interest in the hospitality industry and I would like to start a multi-cultural restaurant. A unique and attractive type of restaurant that is going to attract customers from all areas and with time expand to branches worldwide.

The restaurant is devoted to provide foods and drinks in varieties. It is evident that there are a couple of operating restaurants but we aim in providing a unique set of taste in our foods by providing a mixed cultural set that satisfies different cultures across the globe. Furthermore, we are determined to offer the best service to our customers by making them our first priority.
Awareness and communication
The marketing department is tasked with the mandate to use technology, creativity and customer loyalty to communicate our values and benefits to our customers. For instance, we are developing an active website where we shall create awareness about our products and services for our customers to see. This attractive base is meant to provide customers with a chance to share their feedbacks as well as participate in offers and discounts. The website in conjunction with creative posters in our large sized windows that we intend to design, will attract our customers on the driveways and online providing them with a picture of the values of our products and services. Our products are going to serve the multicultural set of people giving everyone a chance to feel appreciated. We intend to provide first class service the way we serve our customers and the most important factor is we shall ensure the health of our customers is maintained at the highest level observing hygiene at its maximum.
External factors affecting the business.
The variety in cultural foods might bring forth a challenge presented the cultural beliefs of the chosen location contradict with our offers. The laws concerning regulations and hygiene measures of the desired base of business is also another factor to be considered. Technology that is going to be used is another concern as everyday new inventions are made. The economy will also affect in price guidelines.
A market survey is going to be done on the selected location and it will require observing the regulations of the area. The current sets of technology will be our target in choosing the best effective methods.
Technology factors
The restaurants aims to use high end machines that are effective in the processing of foods. For processing foods like pizza and burgers we require to use machines that possess high heat capacity for the assistance in production. We are also interested in the use of point of sale computers for our workers to use so as to computerize our activities preventing loss of records and also aid in accounting for all financial information. Moreover, the use of customer bells to inform customers on their orders and for additions if necessary. To finalize our website is going to be enhanced to incorporate the business communication with their customers and involve them in decision making.
Conclusion.
Penetrating the hospitality industry presents itself as somewhat challenging but through our idea of offering unique taste and diversity in our products along with high end services to them seems to be an innovative idea that is going to overcome all our external factors.
