Risks and Opportunities Risks: Define the major risks you face. Explain how large the risk is, how you’ll mitigate it, and what contingency plans you’ll put in place should those risks arise. Opportunities: How might it be better? How can you capture this upside? How large is the upside?
Milestones Lay out major project milestones beginning with initiative planning, testing, rollout, and execution. Explain both the timing of the milestone as well as implications if it’s missed.
