Mission/Purpose

To provide high-quality washing services maintenance services of all vehicles and general household Appliances. We will provide top-notch services for cleaning and security to our clients and their cars. The employees will be kept satisfied to ensure that the customer service is impeccable.

Project and Product Description

This is a project of vehicle detailing, interior vehicle cleaning and exterior vehicle washing. We will be able to accommodate trailers, machinery, household equipment, boats, vans, cars or items that are portable mobile and washable

Objectives

To maintain high gross and net profit margins, to satisfy employees, and to provide the best car wash experience in town.

Milestones

To expand our provision of car wash services to three other locations in different towns after operating for three years.

Budget

The rent of the location of the business is $3500 per month, Logistics will cost $2000, and the company will be insured at $1200 per month. The expense of buying four water pumps is $4500, a backup generator is $4000, three computer machine terminals is $1500, and a single cash register is $300.

User Acceptance Criteria

The user must put down a comment, at least a paragraph stating his or her name and contacts. The User should rate our car wash, the user can also be able to take photos, and the comments given the user should be visible on our website, facebook page, twitter handle or Instagram page.

High-Level Assumptions

The vehicle will be clean in 10 minutes, Client’s vehicles will be detailed every week, the prices will be constant during the holiday seasons, and Customers will be well entertained as the car is washed.

High-Level Constraints

The clients will need car wash services every week, Employees must attend to work every day, the venture will make a profit in the first three months, and the project will expand to other major towns in three years.

Major Risks

The key workers are ill and not available on a critical day, the ICT system cannot be able to process payment transactions as it is expected, the supply of water by the State is deficient in a holiday season, and the backup generator is broken on a busy day.

Exclusion and Boundaries

Clients who are selling or buying vehicles can communicate with the management to find out if they can get business opportunities from similar clients with similar needs. Towing services are available for free to our significant clients.

Key Stakeholders

The State Government, the Insurance Company, The National Bank, the Chief Executive Officer, the Operations Manager, The Cashier, The washing executives, The security Guards, the mechanic, the chef, The internal customers, and the external customers.
