I. Business Form
1. The business form I have selected is a corporation because all of the profits, control, and ownership will be determined by the number of shares that each individual (shareholder) holds.
2. The level of liability exposure my business form creates is a contractual liability that would arise when terms of the corporation are not carried out as earlier promised by the parties.
3. The legal name for me is shareholder since I hold shares in the Savannah Travelers.
4. As an employee, my role will be a manager since I believe my management skills will drive the business to a new level. Well you’re the owner.. you might have to have a more high ranking title like CEO, President, etc,. I’m not sure if this is supposed to be just a subjective response.
5. Savannah Travelers will have approximately 1,000 employees who will be tasked with identifying the best sites for tourist attraction across the country, guide tours, and make reservations for tourists.
6. A relevant federal statute that Savannah Travelers must follow is passenger’s bill of rights. It is because there are always general customer concerns like hence the need to streamline operations by informing them on things like restrictions and public health challenges. I’d look for other statutes that talk about governance in regards to being a corporation and/or more specifically how corporations must be run.
II. Administrative Agency
A. The Virginia Department of Conservation and Recreation would be crucial in regulating Savannah Travelers since the department is focused on protecting, conserving, advocating, and enhancing the use of commonwealth’s unique historical, natural, scenic, recreational, and cultural resources. They believe the citizen's livelihood, future, and the quality of life highly depend on the wise management of natural resources. The first lesson I learned from the department is that they offer education for ensuring the protection of these resources implying some employees will have to be enrolled in the program. Also, they manage, protect, as well as provide access to the commonwealth parks, meaning Savannah Travelers will need permission for the department each time tourists are taken to those amusing parks.

III. Contracts (refer to chapters 9 & 10)
The Savannah Travelers will depend on the current oral or written contract and will override any prior agreements regarding the traveling and expenses.
1. The contract will be signed by the four shareholders since there are dynamic elements experienced during customer tour travels that they need to be aware of instead of adhering to agreements that are not effective to date. What’s the law about this?
2. The contract is significant for the business as it clearly defines each shareholder’s duty, privileges, and rights to participate in the ongoing business challenges the company undergoes. Besides, the contract is enforceable along with the new contract under federal and state laws.
3. The legal protection the contract will give to the business will be against fair trade law since it will promote competition with other firms while protecting customers from deception, unfair, and fraudulent company practices like price hikes. (what do fair trade laws have to do with legal protections the contract gives your business?)
IV. Discrimination
One primary guideline for the human resource department would be to offer an equal employment opportunity. It will be necessary during hiring to prevent discrimination due to age an disabilities. Each employee will get a fair chance to participate in interviews and get an opportunity to work with the company. Also, the human resource department must provide a clear path for employee development. Employees need to be made aware of company expectation, growth and career prospects to enable them to perform highly to avoid falling being fired due to low performance. (be clearer and more specific about their firing policy)
V. Ethics
The ethical issues that the children workers raise for me are the difference in federal state and laws. Age does not matter in Belai as children are allowed to legally. Therefore, the business will not replace the children who work but enhance the work environment they operate in to be more accommodating and conducive.
