Discuss the advantages and disadvantages of leverage (debt) to grow the business. Also include debt’s impact on the financial position of the firm and the risk associated with debt financing. Discuss the rational for using debt to pay dividends and/or to repurchase stock. Do you think using the proceeds of debt to pay dividends and/or to repurchase stock is a good use of debt financing (borrowing money)?
