Students will write 7 to 10 page (MINIMUM) Capstone Topic papers that review current and prior course concepts and research. Bold concepts and terms within the paper, define and explain how these concepts and terms apply to Under Armour. APA Format 7 to 10 full pages.

To get a good grade, you must demonstrate that you are (a) applying theory and concepts learned from prior classes, and (b) that you are integrating theory and concepts with organizational problems and opportunities that you are exploring. An acceptable Capstone paper will correctly apply a MINIMUM of seven to eight theories/concepts in each of the five Topic Papers. Excellent Capstone papers will correctly apply MORE. These should be bolded when first introduced in the draft and final versions each Topic Paper.

For each of the five courses you will be using as the basis of your capstone project, you will review the target company. Each topic paper will include

· Introduction and Background

· Theoretical Background

· Including comparison and integration of Prior Course Concepts

· Use of a SWOT analysis to determine Problem/Opportunity Statements

· What does this company do well in this area?

· Where is there room for improvement?

· Analysis and Interpretation

· Conclusions and Recommendations
