Customer Service Policy

Within the constraints of available, well-managed resources, the Shiners Beauty Company seeks to provide excellent and professional customer service both internally and externally. In order to achieve our goal, we have agreed on the following values: Preparing for our consumers' requirements before they arise. Customer service begins with a warm and friendly greeting, followed by careful evaluation of the customer's request or issue, and a sincere desire to help. Providing timely, responsible, and effective follow-up to our consumers in a respectful manner Being of service while maintaining high ethical standards and a sense of civic duty.

Encouraging participation and respect for the individual Statement of Purpose. Providing exceptional service to the public is the Shiners Beauty Company's policy and obligation. We can gauge the success of our services by listening to what our customers have to say about them. It also enables us to discover issues that need to be addressed. Quality customer service is based on the opinions of the people who get it. In the long term, it is more beneficial to receive constructive criticism than applause. According to this policy, every customer input will be treated uniformly and promptly, preventing any problems from "falling between the gaps." Even if a client's request cannot be fulfilled, the policy aims to make every interaction with the public a chance to create a satisfied customer, or at the at least one who feels heard and taken seriously.

The Shiners Beauty Company receives customer input in a variety of ways. This method specifies how Shiners Beauty Company Office will respond to complaints, service requests, and inquiries that come in via customer visit, phone call, letter, or email.
