Describe the Business Concept/Idea: The target market for this Yoga studio is affluent women. It will offer Yoga Classes and Yoga Poses for two. It will also offer additional products such as fitness fashion clothing, healthy foods and other supplements, yoga towels, Yoga mats and Yoga designer T-shirts. The equipment required to set up the Yoga studio include: 25 straps, 40 blankets, 25 bolsters, 25 blocks, 25 Chairs, 25 eye pillows, 25 meditation cushions, mat cleaning wipes, Tissue papers, Yoga CDs, matches, incense sticks, effective sound systems. One rental space. The initial set up is expected to accommodate 20 people per Yoga session. To begin with a total of 4 trainers will be employed. The location of the Yoga Studio will be in San Jose, California due to its affluent population.
What will the product/service be used for? The main product of the Yoga Studio will be the Yoga Lessons. They will be used to keep people fit and healthy both in terms of body health and mental health, Also, several products will be available in the Yoga studios and these products will have a variety of uses depending on the type of product. For example the customers can wear the Yoga designer T-shirts when attending their Yoga lessons or when advocating for the necessity of taking Yoga classes to their colleagues, friends or even family members.

The ideal customers for this Yoga studio are affluent women living in San Jose and its neighborhoods. The target age is between 24 and 50 years. This is the ideal age for people who are keen to keep their bodies health by doing exercises and maintain a healthy diet. |

The main targets needs of my audience is both mental and body health. They target to build their strength and become flexible. Some of them are interested in improving their back pains and support their joint health. They target to have better breathing and foster calmness of the mind.

In terms of Yoga, they are looking for the end result, whether it will be beneficial to them.
