Provide a brief introduction of your topic. This introduction should specify and describe the conflict on which your paper will be based. As per the assignment instructions, this conflict can be a dispute between a group of employees and management or a dispute between one employee and another. In your explanation be sure to include any relevant dynamics, such as, how each individual or party involved perceived the causes or nature of the conflict. Make sure that there is a minimum of three to five sentences in your paragraph. Also, make sure that each new paragraph is indented a ½ inch. You are to use at least two academic references in your paper, which will be cited throughout the paper and then included on the reference page.

Negotiation

There are different types of negotiation. In this section you are going to briefly describe the selected negotiation strategy for this conflict. You are to also examine the issues versus the interests of the parties involved, and determine how this difference affected the negotiation Propose ways that the negotiation process could alleviate or mitigate conflict in the workplace.
