Negotiation
There are different types of negotiation. In this section you are going to briefly describe the selected negotiation strategy for this conflict. You are to also examine the issues versus the interests of the parties involved, and determine how this difference affected the negotiation Propose ways that the negotiation process could alleviate or mitigate conflict in the workplace.

Conclusion
