Overview:

In this assignment, you will write up your final project report of your selected company.

Instructions:

The final project report of your selected company must contain:

• Description of its key business(es), organization structure, major processes, and

significant challenges/problems/opportunities

• Define one or more business decisions it is (or should be) making.

• Specify and articulate the problem/opportunity statement you are going to

address.

• Formulate a proposed quantitative analysis solution methodology to address the

chosen problem/opportunity, including what types of data are necessary to

collect or estimate. It is not necessary to solve the problem, but specify the

actions and benefits that would ensue from the solution.

Requirements:

• APA formatting including title and reference pages

• Follow APA guidelines (proper margins, double-spaced, Times New Roman 12-

point font)

• Include a cover page with your name, assignment title, course and date

• Length of 5-10 double-spaced pages excluding title and references/worked cited

pages, pages numbered

• Exhibits should be placed in an appendix and referred to from the text.
