The objective to ensure successful roll out of project within one week will be possible through various things. The first thing is planning to use some more resources in the week that will facilitate the overcoming of milestones that might obstruct the implementation of the basics of the project. The other thing to be ensured for this objective to be met is ensuring that all the plans have been finalized before the starting of the project (Muller, 2017). Establishing and ensuring that good performance goals are maintained will enable the building of the working culture of the organization in meeting the project requirements.
The other objective to ensure that half of the project deliverables are met within a period of three months will be met by ensuring communication is done effectively. Communication involves getting feedback on the progress of the project deliverables and follow-up of the work crews (Hopkinson, 2017). Communication will facilitate the explaining of the requirements in delivering the project deliveries are met within the given period. The other objective to ensure that the project is completed by the end of six months will be met by correcting the vulnerabilities portrayed by the other strategies in the other objective (Rose, 2013). This will facilitate more insight into the project by offering the basic options that are needed to improve the project deliverables.
This plan is effective as it allows the management of the project to focus on the target objectives of the project. This plan has strategies that will enable the project managers have more insights on how they can manage the project (Mir and Pinnington, 2014). The strategies will enable the managers of the project to proactively manage the expectations that will impact by leading to the success of the projects. The strategies will enable to address the expectations in the project planning and its execution (Lock, 2017). The plan will facilitate frequent communication of the project and to enable them to put their focus on the realistic goals.
