Instructions and steps for the assignment:

1. This is a group assignment. You can form a team of up to 5 members.

2. For this assignment, please read chapter 3 for contents and context. You will study the government and legal systems of Saudi Arabia with two other countries. (One with many similarities and other with many differences from Saudi Arabia).

3. Comparison be done on any three of the following grounds.

1) Political Philosophy/Ideology

2) Political or Legal Environment

3) Political Spectrum

4) Political Risks

5) Legal Systems

4. Follow the Rubric below to prepare an illustrative poster representing your comparison of Saudi Arabia with the other two selected countries. The poster should have three parts: introduction, comparison and conclusion.

5. It is important to prepare visuals, diagrams or pictures to illustrate your findings, analysis and evaluation.

6. Submit an attractive and neatly prepared report and poster via Blackboard.

7. Research from relevant academic sources like research papers, journal articles and company websites is expected.

Rubrics:

1. Introduction (2 Marks): Give a good title to your poster. The three countries, their legal and political systems and background clearly explained. Consider the concepts covered in chapter 3.

2. Comparison (5 Marks): Clearly illustrated for each of the compared countries. Using any three points from the above list. You can use actual data, information, laws or news items for your comparison.

3. Strategies (5 Marks): From your comparison of the countries you will explain five reasons why Saudi Arabia should have a trade relationship with each of these countries and five ways of how the countries would benefit from trade with each other.

4. Visualizing (4 Marks): The use of illustrations like pictorial representation, graphs, diagrams etc. are very important in making your poster attractive. Please create original diagrams without copying from any source.

5. Research (4 Marks): It is compulsory to submit original work without any evidence of plagiarism. All sources referred to should be referenced properly with APA style.
