A.Introduction
This paper outlines an analysis of utilizing a host country resource partner, how the partnership will be built and some of the SMART objectives to be achieved for the successful launch of a new product in an international market specifically in India. As a strategic move, Epic Ventures Inc. plans to expand to foreign markets and introducing a new product for the specific market.
B.Summary of International business venture
As a strategic move Epic Ventures Inc plans to expand through investing internationally specifically in India. This is to be achieved by introducing new products in the region from our new branch. Ongoing research will avail critical market information where data will be collected, analyzed and strategically used regarding the host country. Through different processes, An analysis of the business environment will be conducted, which will Enlighten us on the dynamics of internal and external environment in the region.
Ultimately, effective strategies will be developed for the new product launch. These strategies will focus on marketing, finance and human resources. Action plans for corporate social responsibility will then be created and business operations blueprints developed. Information from the research can then be utilized to leverage potential resources necessary for success.
II.Analysis of utilizing the host county resource partner
Tachid Fergati boasts a Master’s Degree in Transport, commercial and industrial logistics from the University Lumiere Lyon (Fergati, n.d). Currently he is the Managing Director at UPA for the Indian subcontinent. Because of his experience (over 20 years) in supply management, we will bring on board expertise related to logistics, international freight and supply chain management. Proficiency in strategic planning, operations management, crisis management, export brokerage and country management will ensure business continuity (Peng, 2017). Also his leadership abilities especially in Asia will form firm foundation for our company.
A. Build partnership
By enduring everyone involved knows what is expected of them. Then preparation, creating contracts appropriately, developing work programs, implementing these programs and establishing continuous monitoring and evaluation mechanisms (Brandstetter et al., n.d.).
B. SMART objectives
i. Create two to three SMART objectives or goals for the Final Paper business venture.
ii. Conduct research to collect data, analyze and propose strategies for new product development Within three months
iii. Perform SWOT analyses to understand the business environment in India so as to create action plans for CSR and develop blueprints for business operations in six months.
iv. By August 2022, Use information from the research to develop a proposal to leverage available resources for implementation of the business plan.
