Leadership is a complex topic. What does it mean to be a good leader? How do good leaders know when to lead and when to step back? What is the difference between seeking power and being an effective leader?

Considering everything we discussed, think of a businessperson who is well-known for his/her leadership and prepare a newspaper issue highlighting his/her most important achievements and showing why you think this businessperson is also a great leader.
