Jacob’s company would be eligible for Work Opportunity Credit and Disabled Access Credit according to https://www.irs.gov/businesses/small-businesses-self-employed/tax-benefits-for-businesses-who-have-employees-with-disabilities. Jacob could fill out Form 8826 to file for Disabled Access Credit, since his company is a small business that earned less than a million dollars and did not have more than thirty employees. The Work Opportunity Credit could be filed through Form 5884, but the maximum amount to be claimed is between $1200 - $9600. This credit is allowed since John hired Martin who was disabled and a veteran.
